Oak Grove School District #68

After much work from the Oak Grove Board of Education, the Oak Grove Strategic Plan was approved at the April 24, 2024 regular meeting. The strategic plan process has been a topic of discussion over the past 18 months as a way to focus the priorities of the district in the years to come. When looking at the document, you will see 4 main areas of concentration which are Care, Challenge, Connect, and Celebrate. Within each area, statements were created for the three groups the board of education is connected to, which are Students, Staff, and the Community. Additionally, the administration will create an annual report to the board that highlight the four areas of the strategic plan and how prioritizing these areas has impacted funding, resources, and the climate of the Oak Grove learning environment.
